Opinion: Program could help longtime OTR residents stay

Quite recently, Seth Walsh, executive director of College Hill Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation in Cincinnati wrote an opinion piece on Keeping Neighbors, Neighbors, a program that locks in property tax rates for long-time residents until the home changes ownership.

This is an idea that has succeeded in several places throughout the country and takes important steps in ensuring that long-time residents are not displaced due to increased interest in a neighborhood.
