In Columbus, Homeport plans for affordable housing downtown

Columbus’s downtown is thriving. Businesses are cropping up and there is plenty of energy to live downtown; however, according to a recent Columbus Underground article about OCDCA member Homeport, “40% of jobs Downtown pay less than $40,000 a year while most new development targets a much higher income bracket.”
