Franklin County member Homes on the Hill CDC partnered with the Kirwan Institute at The Ohio State University and the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission and have produced a report on strategies to boost housing in Columbus’ Hilltop neighborhood as reported by the Mark Ferenchik in The Columbus Dispatch.
““What we’re trying to do is sort of break the neighborhood down into target areas,” said Steve Torsell, Homes on the Hill’s executive director. His agency used a $7,500 grant to pay for the study.”
